SpaceTime Parking is a parking management company in St. Louis.
You own a garage or a lot. We operate it: staff, gate hardware, cleaning, billing, event nights.
We wrote our own operating software. It records each car that enters and leaves, identifies it, and charges it correctly.
Our fee is set in a contract. The revenue belongs to your building.
Each month you get an income statement for your property. You can check activity any time.
That’s the whole business.
